• Understand the relevant procedures and processes for the relevant Businesses, as well as the internal processes. 
• Ensure that employee and organisation data integrity is maintained during people data processing
• Identify, raise and apply continuous improvements to services
• Work closely with senior employees
• Support process improvements and updates
• Support acceptance testing for People and Culture technology changes

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business/Economics or any related field
• Fluent English knowledge both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)

Working time

• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment
