Credit and Collection Analyst - German speaking

We are looking for a

Credit and Collection Analyst - German speaking

in Budapest.

Key responsibilities:

• Review credit limits violations, assisting the Credit Manager in performing credit holds on future orders
• Inform the business in a timely manner on any negative credit information received by the credit information providers
• Effective collection of customers’ accounts
• Dealing with customers’ accounts and keeping these fully reconciled
• Deal promptly with customer queries in order to secure payments
• Flag issues to Credit Team Lead at the appropriate time
• KPI reporting for credit as required
• Monitor overdue analysis
• Ensure timely cash allocation to specific customer accounts performed by outsource provider

Requirements:

• Previous Credit Control (Collection) or AP/AR experience
• Fluent English and German knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills with particular focus on customer relationships
