Our multinational partner within the oil&gas sector is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

Account Manager


- Accountable for the assigned customer portfolio in defined territory and its business results
- Acquire new customers via telephone and other sales channels from the office
- Intensive cold call acquisition by telephone to sell products/services associated with the targeted activity  
- Lead generation via cold calls
- Make offers, conclude contract and perform all necessary activities in order to activate customers
- Follow defined legal and operational processes by using requested tools 
- Manage customer relationship
- Secure customer support and guidance and resolve customer inquiries/complaints
- Negotiate contracts and conditions with existing and new customers in order to optimise business results
- Represent a first contact point between the client and the internal departments for assigned clientele


- Economics or other relevant education
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent and active English language knowledge
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent negotiations skills and persuasiveness
- Able to work under pressure
- Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office)
- Proactive orientation
- Willingness to deliver results and to influence decision processes.
