- Dealing with vendor and supplier invoices
- Registering bills and payments into company systems
- Track and report company financial transactions
- Keeping contact with vendors and business partners to ensure accuracy
- Issue resolution, clearing up stuck items, inaccuracies.
- Foster and maintain good business relationships with suppliers to ensure credit worthiness
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate Slovenian, good English
- Basic knowledge and experience of working with accounting principles
- Preferably some financial education
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
