Compensation and Benefits Expert



  • As a member of the strategic team of the HR department, being in charge of the compensation and benefits strategy for the Hungarian center
  • Analyse market trends and the company's competitiveness on the market regarding compensations
  • Preparing salary surveys
  • Train HR and line managers regarding benefits and compensation processes
  • Continuously develop and maintain the compensation and benefit structures
  • Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
  • Search development opportunities regarding the total cost measurement tools and support labor cost budgeting
  • Supporting internal audits when needed
  • Create communication materials
  • Working in close collaboration with other HR departments
  • University/college degree (preferably in the field of HR or Business Administration) or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years experience in compensation and benefits field
  • Strong knowledge of the HR processes preferably in multinational environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Up-to-date knowledge of labour laws regarding benefits
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
