Country Business Analyst

• Provide business planning and analytical support to specific countries by producing weekly, quarterly and annual forecast and budget reports
• Evaluate current reporting, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend alternatives for enhanced data and improved efficiencies. Develop alternative performance reports as required
• Handle the entire Forecast & Budget process, analyze various monthly financial information like revenues, margins, expenses & headcount
• Develop in-depth understanding of actual results and provide high level analysis and appraisal of actual monthly business performance
• Prepare presentation materials summarizing business results and trends for senior managers
• Perform robust analysis to assist management in making business decisions, providing constructive critical thinking as well as business and financial guidance
• Provide financial business partner support to other functions across national borders

• University or college degree in Finance / Accounting
• Advanced level of English knowledge
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or other relevant field
• French or German language knowledge can be an advantage!
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Self-driven and result orineted personality
• Strong stakeholder-management skills
