Danish Customer Care Representative



  • Handle and document incoming phone calls and e-mails in Danish/Swedish language
  • Interact with customers in a proficient, friendly and efficient manner
  • Follow up queries until they're resolved
  • High level problem resolution
  • Keep contact with and provide accurate information to other departments
  • Invoice administration
  • Fluency in Danish language
  • At least intermediate English knowledge
  • Experience in similar field (Service Desk, IT Support, Customer Support, Call Centre) means advantage
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong time management
