Logistics / Customer Care Specialist

Tasks

- Checking SKU-s and availablity
- Handling and making manual orders
- Registering EKAER when needed.
- Handling customers' individual requests (collecting batch-numbers,corresponding expiry dates to each product/batch)
- Organising return-deliveries
- Handling customer or vendor related problems/requests
- Collecting data from new customers and making new customer forms
- Performing various ad-hoc tasks
- Making service or freight-invoices
- Making credit notes
- Collecting, forwarding and registering new formulas, entering prices
- Preparing data for EKAER-registration, registrating EKAER
- Entering PO-s in SRM or SAP for different vendors.
- Handling, registering stock-take in SAP
- Receiving, checking and confirming invoices in SRM and SAP.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years previous B2B customer service experience
- Excellent communication (written, telephone and conversational) and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy; average typing skills
- English knowledge
- Outstanding problem solving skills
