Customer Service Executive

  • Ownership of a portfolio of customer relationships and the management of all contact relating to their operational activity
  • Communicating to customers the actual status of running orders and projects
  • Management of day-to-day business with customers according to existing contracts
  • Ensure that all order entry, invoice, despatch specifications and commissions data is entered and processed in an accurate and timely fashion
  • To implement corrective actions and improvements following internal or certification audits
  • To define, justify and implement all required local procedures, owner of local Security Information System


  • University or college degree is preferable, but not required
  • Logistics or Customer Service experience
  • Office professional-level skills


  • Communicative in English (written and verbal)
  • Firm knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent
  • Communication skills with external partners as well as with colleagues from other departments
  • Attention and affinity with details, accuracy
  • Independent, self-motivated, initiative personality
  • Driving licence
  • Clear Criminal Record


  • Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, BAAN, NAV, AX etc)
