Customer Service Representative
(Tech support associate) ENGLISH AND GERMAN/FRENCH/SPANISH
- Receiving and handling customer phone calls /e-mails
- Provide 1st level technical support to our customers via phone, web, and email
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Giving support to customers in general related questions
- Use all manner of modern communication to offer the best possible service
- Solving customers' elementary general problems
- Good PC handling is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in GERMAN/FRENCH/SPANISH and conversational level in English
- Relevant experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication, problem solving and customer handling skills
- Excellent monotony tolerance
