Customer Service Representative

(Tech support associate) ENGLISH AND GERMAN/FRENCH/SPANISH

Tasks

  • Receiving and handling customer phone calls /e-mails
  • Provide 1st level technical support to our customers via phone, web, and email
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Giving support to customers in general related questions
  • Use all manner of modern communication to offer the best possible service
  • Solving customers' elementary general problems

Expectation

  • Good PC handling is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluent in GERMAN/FRENCH/SPANISH and conversational level in English
  • Relevant experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and customer handling skills
  • Excellent monotony tolerance
  • Customer orientation
