Due to increasing sales volumes & decentralization of the pre-sales activities to our partner's office in Budapest is looking for several Customer Relationship Management Officers.

Customer Service Team Leader


  • Lead sales support team members
  • Perform year goal setting, coach and motivate team members
  • Provide continuous feedback, monitor progress, and hold regular 1to1 meetings
  • Manage service levels, coordinate team activities, and handle escalations when necessary
  • Screening and validating of new registrants, which are partly resulting from prospect calls and partly from registering spontaneously to the platform.
  • Increase sales activities, winning back lost or non-active customers


  • Experience In multicultural environment
  • 3+ years in leadership experience ideally within the customer service environment
  • 5+ years of experience in call centre or customer service or sales support
  • High level of English language knowledge
  • Open for new ideas and constantly looking for improvements
  • Excellent people management skills
