DC  IT Support Specialist

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Ensures proper operation of DC and supply chain Application
  • Manages a fleet and service of mobile phones in DC
  • Builds and updates the Knowledge Base, to ensure the section’s effective operation
  • Performs jobs related to planning his/her work to improve the section’s operation (Keeps an operating calendar (Time Tracking)
  • Is responsible for personal hardware, phones and software procurement
  • Maintains personal hardware, phones and software in the DC
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience (warehouse or factory field)
  • WMS Application handling
  • ITIL – Service Operations Processes
  • Information technologies (computer hardware/software/operating systems)
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Willingness to work shifts occasionally and on weekends
