Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain good proactive working relationships with customers through written and verbal communication
  • Ensure data is accurately entered and maintained in all systems
  • Take full ownership of issues and queries and ensure they are fully resolved in an efficient and effective manner
  • Interact with other CSC teams
  • Provide efficient and effective management, resolution and escalation of complaints, service requests and technical service issues

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Experience as a customer service representative
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office application
