Budapest, 9th district
- Timely logging of customers disputes and making an attempt to identify dispute type and potentially root cause
- Ensures precise communication and swift solution around invoicing issues and disputes, while striving for a positive customer experience
- Provides excellent communication towards external customers and internal stakeholders with regards to dispute handling, resolution and closure.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly & accurately by understanding customer & market needs
- Support the Monthly and Annual closing activities (e.g. balance confirmations)
- Ensure all activities are completed timely and in line with the country SLA`s.
- Drive other departments to resolve disputes in a timely and of quality manner.
- College or university degree, preferably in a field related to Business, Economics or Finance
- Fluent English knowledge both written and oral
- Experience directly related to either Cash Collection/Dispute Management or Customer Service, ideally in a multinational environment
