The aim of the position is to ensure customer satisfaction through customer service management, effective complaint handling and continuous professional communication. Acting as first point of contact to internal and external customers Providing information for all delivery chain participants Keeping continuous contact with customers via phone and e-mail in German language Execution of administrative tasks, documentation
Fluent German and intermediate English
Experience in customer service or related field
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Customer oriented, ambitious, dynamic personality
