Our multinational partner who operates a Shared Service Centre located in Budapest downtown is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with advanced language knowledge.
As a Customer Service Representative
- you will be responsible for keeping contact with clients,
- manage assistance and provide information to the customer,
- using corresponding, communication channels, e-mail and telephone to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will handle queries and provide help through effective complaint handling and communication.

What you’ll need to succeed
- Our partner is looking for a candidate with either high ambition and motivation or experience in customer facing/ customer service position.
- Someone who has excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills with a strong language knowledge in German, plus intermediate English.
