German Speaking Service Desk Analyst [CZ-TMGSDA02]
Our client is one of the world's leading companies that operates in 90 countries. On behalf of the Client we are looking for German Speaking Services Desk Analyst in their Budapest office.
- Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat and emails from users regarding IT issues and queries - Record incident resolutions in the Help Desk tool based on user communication via phone, email, chat etc. - Ensure that issues are resolved within ticket life cycle - Incident handling and escalation management - Communicate well with internal and external contacts - To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- Fluent German, communication level of English - Excellent communication skills - Problem solving abilities
This position does not require previous experience. Fresh grads are also welcome!
