On behalf of our multinational client, we are seeking for an English speaking HR Customer Experience Specalist based in Budapest.
As an HR Customer Experience Specialist, your duties may include:
-full responsibility for the employee experience
-being the first point of contact for HR related matters
-optimizing the employee experience by offering full resolution of issues
-handling a wide range of policy and process issues (providing education if necessary)
-focusing on building rapport with customers, being sensitive to cultural differences and taking time to understand their individual needs
-utilizing technologies to effectively create, accurately record and manage employee requests
-executing simple Workday transactions (as needed)
For this role we have the following requirements:
-fluency in English
-fluency in German is an advantage
-at least 1-year experience as a Researcher or HR administrator or HR Generalist
-experience of working with the Workday system
-university or college degree (preferably in the field of HR)
-ability to work with people at all levels and across organization boundaries
-professional, helpful and pro-active attitude towards employees and stakeholders
-demonstrated ability to administer HR systems and processes efficiently
