HR Team Leader role is open at our client who is operating in the FMCG sector. The office is located in Budapest.
As a HR Team Leader you will keep in touch with the HR processes and policies. Active participation in resource management, recruitment, organisation development and talent management are also part of the tasks. The position will include support the organisation and management in HR questions. You will have two direct reports (HR admin and HR professional) and you will directly report to the Managing Director.
The ideal candidate has preferably College/University degree and 4-5 years’ experience in the HR field and in people management. The position requires good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). The ideal candidate has assertive communication and strong people management skills.
