HR Team Leader

In this role, you would be responsible for a smaller HR administrator team who supports the local HR operational processes. If you have at least 3 years of experience as a team leader and gained a solid experience in HR administration, do not hesitate to apply.



Your main responsibilities would be the following:
  • improve the processes and ensure compliance with legal policies
  • coordinate the daily operation of the team and handle all arising issues inside the team
  • keep contact with stakeholders, clients and external partners
  • be responsible for selecting, training, mentoring, coordinating and providing direction for the team in accordance with the organization`s policies and applicable legal requirements
  • support the competency development, and implement the career development opportunities of the team members
  • define the KPI based to the service agreements of the company
We are waiting for you application if you:
  • have at least 5 years of experience in HR field and 2 years as a team leader
  • have solid knowledge of SSC processes and ERP systems
  • speak fluent English
  • have proactive and confident mindset
  • experience in change management would be a huge plus
