Our client is one of the world's leading healthcare companies that operates in 150 countries. On behalf of our Client we are looking for Instructional&Learning Experience Designer to their Budapest office.
- analyzing learning needs and partnering with internal customers to provide input for course content - planning, organizing, and developing training content - using authoring tools and software to create and modify e-contents - providing customer service on Learning related activities (inquiry resolution, request management and trouble-shooting) - providing guidance and advisory to first level support teams - identifying and troubleshooting reported issues prior to escalation to Tier 3 / IT support - carrying out quality checks and supporting the Global Learning Center of Excellence in system maintenance activities - advising the Learning community and business partners on global Learning systems and processes, and support the embedding of the new ways of working - actively participating in the development and implementation of the Learning continuous improvement initiatives.
- college or university degree (Human Resources Management, Learning and Development or related) - fluent in English (additional European language knowledge is an advantage) - 2 years of experience in HR/Training administration at multinational company or in the SSC HR Servicing sector - experience with e-content authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Presenter, Articulate Storyline, Lectora, etc.) - functional knowledge of eLearning concepts (SCORM, AICC, ADDIE, etc.) - ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing and to influence people - strong analytical skills and problem solving capability - strong customer service & interpersonal skills
