IT Recruitment Team Manager

Our multinational partner’s is looking for you to support the company’s development by leading and mentoring an IT recruitment team responsible for the attraction and acquisition of the best suited talents! If you have at least 5 years’ experience in IT recruitment and already gained experience in a people management role, don’t hesitate to apply, the next step in your career in waiting for you!

Location:

Budapest

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the daily operation of the recruitment team (5 people)
  • Regular liaison with the businesses: assessing needs, pipeline, status feedback, proposals
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with global regulations and meet the expectations
  • Inform hiring managers on market trends, produce ramp-up plans
  • Regular and ad-hoc reporting to the line manager about recruitment activities
  • Take active part in the selection process of team members
  • Continuously develop the skills, competencies and professional knowledge of the team members
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Proven people management skills
  • Knowledge of the Hungarian IT job market
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Good organizing and analytical skills
