Our partner is a world leader in industrial packaging products and services. The company is being present for more than 130 years. They are supporting the EMEA region from their Budapest-based BSC.

If you have confident level of IT support skills, this might be your place. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and speaks Italian/French/German/Spanish as well.

IT Service Desk Operative


- providing first and second level support to end-users
- troubleshooting, documenting issues within scope of knowledge
- performing Help Desk and/or PC life cycle management activities
- developing and implementing technical service restorations
- receives inbound Help Desk calls and captures accurate information from users
- maintain ownership of assigned tickets through follow-up
- resolve outstanding tickets
- maintaining liaison with other departments and services to keep abreast of policy and procedural changes
- participate in projects


- fluency in English, intermediate in Italian, French, German or Spanish
- customer oriented troubleshooting skills
- experience in configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting IT system & application problems
- understanding of IT best practices, concepts and administration, ITIL certification
- experience with Infor ERP LN, Lotus, MS NAV or RES is a plus
- MS Windows operating systems
- MS Office suite of products, Active Directory
