On behalf of our partner, a multinational FMCG company, we are looking for a Junior Brand Manager.
Junior Brand Manager
- Take ownership of the brand and represent it in Hungary.
- Work closely with other departments and marketing agencies.
- Understand consumer insights and trends.
- Evaluate brand performance.
- Participate in defining brand strategy and marketing activity plan.
- Lead and execute campaigns of the brand.
- Bring innovations to the brand and create communication that is relevant for the local market.
- Develop the proposal of product consumer prices.
- Monitor and manage the brand budget.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience within FCMG (someone from a junior brand manager role or experienced marketing trainees are also welcome)
- Experience in either leading a brand independently, or strongly supporting a Brand Manager.
- Fluency in English and native Hungarian.
- Nielsen and Dunnhumby knowledge.
- Personality wise: be open to new challenges and able to work in a complex environment; be energetic, positive, indepent, responsible and able to adapt easily to changes and new situations; be eager to grow professionally.
