Learning Coordinator



  • Administration of virtual training sessions
  • Moderation and support of participants of e-learning sessions
  • Ensure that all information about sessions are updated
  • Administration and coordination
  • Ensure the good quality of all sessions and the proper communication of any changes
  • Stakeholder management and keeping contact with colleagues, related to any issues/questions
  • Handle requests from colleagues, business partners or vendors and keep contact with them
  • Take part in projects related to process improvement
  • Fluency in English is a must!
  • Fluency in German means advantage
  • University or College degree
  • 2 years of experience gained in a multinational environment
  • Previous experience in customer support, stakeholder management, training organization
  • MS Office knowledge
