Responsibilities

As a Learning Specialist you will have the opportunity to work in a global, international team and contribute to customer experience directly. Your key responsibilities will be performing complete, stringent and timely Human Capital Management related administrative tasks in areas of Training administration processes and understanding its linkage to Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.

Your tasks will also include:

  • Executing system data maintenance and administrative activities in CHRIS LSO, Cornerstone and all relevant Learning management systems as well as providing all necessary non-systems related Learning process support
  • Administering and updating Learning Catalogue based on request of Training Departments / Training Owners
  • Administering and managing course enrollments for learners
  • Managing invitations, reminders and follow-up on courses and attendance
  • Preparing and providing various Training-related reports and status updates for HR professionals and Training Owners
  • Provide customer service on Learning related activities, such as inquiry resolution, request management, and trouble-shooting
  • Supports the Global Learning Center of Excellence in system maintenance and project activities
  • Advise the Learning community and business partners on global Learning systems and processes, and support the embedding of the new ways of working
  • Actively participate in the development and implementation of Roche Learning continuous improvement initiatives
  • Be up to date on processes, own the knowledge development on processes, and contribute to the update of relevant documentations (SWIs, SOP, GWIs)
  • Supporting the Global Learning Management System roll-out by performing specific tasks related to the Project Workstreams in the areas of Data Migration, eContent Migration, Business Readiness, Testing, Operational Support and Cutover

Qualifications

  • You have fluency in English
  • You have ideally HR personnel administrative work experience
  • You have a college/university degree, preferably in the field of HR
  • You have good active working level of computer literacy
  • You have accuracy in record keeping, focus and accountability
  • You have the capability to multitask and handle complex cases
