Portuguese Speaking Shared Service Desk Analyst L1


As a Shared Service Desk Analyst your main goal is:

  • Provide first level multilingual call and email support to customers, including software and hardware related issues
  • Assign more complicated problems to the correct support IT Teams
  • Instruct users on ICT processes
  • Document new technical solutions
  • Document and share best practices with other colleagues


The key requirements for the role are:

  • A high school diploma
  • Speak Portuguese, and English on a business level
  • Good understanding of the functionality of Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Prior experience in the IT field as a Service Desk Analyst (minimum 6 months), and customer support (minimum 1 year)

  • ITIL certification
  • Advanced technical understanding of Microsoft products and/or Networking
  • Experience with Service Now
  • Citrix, Outlook, Office 365
