Our partner is a prominent Pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced Biotechnology Project Management Lead to join the leadership team of their Biotechnology Business Unit.
Project Management Office Lead – Biotechnology

Responsibilities:
Leading and coordinating the Biotechnology Business Unit project managers from professional and people management point of view
Responsible for delivering end to end project management of Biologics/Biosimilars projects
Continuously monitor project portfolio progress and report on the portfolio status
Ensure all projects are delivered within the agreed scope of time, and comply with quality and cost requirements
Ability to challenge current processes and promote continuous improvement ideas
Extended people management responsibilities containing recruitment, motivation, retention and coaching of a high performing team
Continuously encourage knowledge sharing and lessons learnt activities within the project management office and business project teams to drive best practice and efficient delivery
Requirements:
Proven track record of leading complex Biotechnology projects
Deep understanding of R&D processes in the pharmaceutical industry
10+ years of relevant, end to end project management experience
Degree in Natural Sciences or Economics
Strong leadership skills and proven people management experience
Fluency in English (Hungarian is an advantage)
Ability to work with limited supervision in a changing environment
