- Welcoming guests and colleagues
- Participation in event organization and execution
- Organizing travels
- Arranging live and call meetings, appointments, trips, pickups, calendars
- Managing office procurement
- Managing and screening incoming and outgoing calls
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Hungarian
- Degree of higher education
- 1-2 years of experience in office reception
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate high sensitivity for confidentiality management
- Service-oriented, proactive, excellent problem-solver
- Highly organized, detail oriented personality
