A multinational company working within the global entertainment industry and in the area of blockbusters and movies is now looking for an experienced Receptionist.



Your tasks will be:

  • handling the incoming telephone calls,
  • handling the day to day mail (collecting, sorting, distributing, sending by courier or normal post),
  • preparing, sending and filing faxes, letters, emails, reports, copying and scanning documents (e.g. notarized ones),
  • managing and handling the ordering of different office supplies, coordinating the payment of office supplies (invoices) with the Finance Department,
  • keep the reception and the office space in order, in particular the kitchen, the dining and the conference room,
  • receiving and hospitality of clients visiting office premises.
  • coordinating translation, legalization, etc. of documents, and handling tax certificates,
  • maintenance of the database; handling and updating the client and contract admin systems in relation to clients and projects,
  • making sure that the daily packages sent out to the clients are ready in time and in perfect order,
  • communication with Clients,
  • communication with affiliates,
  • any other administrative tasks.


  • 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist
  • excellent level of English (communication with clients only in English)
  • outstanding communication skills
  • confident and agile personality
