Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Manage the posting and sourcing strategy through the most accurate channels ( LinkedIn, CV databases and other specialized jobs boards), seek out and recommend creative and new ways of searching talents
  • Drive the selections of the best CV, pre-screening, initial interviews, and present the short-listed candidates
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Schedule interviews for managers and follow-up
  • Be the first point of contact to candidates and ensure the engaging candidate experience
  • Work hand in hand with the HR Business Partners at each step, advise and be a real added-value in the recruitment process
  • Provide a weekly update about the exact status of ongoing search activities including the required reports and an overview of the market
  • Maintain accurate and timely recruiting records, follow-up the process until the candidate acceptance
  • Manage our social media channels in close cooperation with the HR Business Partners
  • Actively participate in employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs
  • Take part in other HR related initiatives and activities such as HR controlling, organizational structure redesign, process and policy development

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as (in-house) recruiter
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high volume workload in a context of growth
  • Experience in applicant tracking
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Cooperative team player in a diverse working environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent Hungarian and English, additional language skills will be a plus
  • Master/Bachelor degree preferably focusing on Human Resources or economics
