On behalf of our Partner which is one of the most prestigious luxury brand world wide in the beauty industry, we are looking for a Retail Sales Manager with the following responsibilities:

Retail Sales Manager

Tasks

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team (4 people)
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Promoting the organization and products
- Develop online sales platforms
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Generate timely sales reports
- Formulate sales policies and procedures
- Help prepare budgets
- Control expenses and monitor budgets
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities
- Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers

Requirements

- At least 5 years working experience in Retail at a supervision level preferably from the beauty industry
- Fluent English
- Leadership and people management experience
- Strong analytical skill
- Result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation and dynamism
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
