Our client is a globally leading multinational production company, with impressive client base and existing growth strategy. On behalf of the client we are searching for a candidate in the position of Sales Engineer.
- Maintain close relationship with customers and ensure the company products are meeting the requirements where possible. - Prepare and deliver presentation internally and to external customers to sell products and technical solutions. - Prepare proposals and detailed costing and prepare quotes - Work closely with Engineering department to ensure the project implementation successfully - Work closely with Service and Sales team to ensure to improve the customer service - Support Sales Manager/Leader/Key Account Leader for Customer Management/Account Management activities in the market as delegated to help achieve the overall sales target - Support customer issue resolution ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer. - Maintain agreed and adequate customer data - Drives mutual sustainable growth for Sales and Service by driving a cross-functional team to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium- and long-term business opportunities. - Coordinates cross functional activities, follow up from sales and project closing as sales/project owner - Drives improved understanding of the customer’s overall business (marketplace, channel, competitive environment, strategy, productivity and profitability). - Develops and drives the execution of customer plans aligned to company's and the customer’s business objectives. - Drives Customer Satisfaction and Partnership improvements for the responsible customers
- College/University degree in the field of Engineering - 3+ years in the Role and knowledge of: Food or Chemical and Engineering Processing Business - Sales administrative role, Sales Management, Project Engineering - Fluency in English and Hungarian - Willing to travel within Hungary (~40%) - Self-driven, result oriented with good presentation skill - Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills - Ability to analyse complex situations in order to arrive at solutions
- Experience in selling technical product/parts/equipment within the Food/Diary Industry
