Our partner is a prominent and constatly developing worldwide known leading member in the Global Workspace Alliance a unique model that provides customers with a consistent IT service throughout the world, with one single point of contact and billing entity, delivering services to over 90 countries.

You will have an opportunity to design, operate, upgrade and optimize our partner's enterprise UCCE platform and support their global unified computing customer landscape.

What would be your responsibilities?
  • Ensure overall availability and stability of our GTN UCCE platform and Voice/Video Infrastructure technologies supported
  • Configuration, troubleshooting and support of the UCCE platform and the day to day operations of them
  • Manage infrastructure projects or tasks (upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and new technology) to completion with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IPT, call centers (CCX - CCE is a requirment), networking concepts
  • Configuration, troubleshooting and support of IP-Telephony systems and protocols , voice and video QOS
  • Identify, Isolate and resolve complex voice and UCCE (CVP, ICM, CUSP, PG, CUBE) problems to mitigate business impact
  • Evaluation, testing and planned deployment of new voice and IVR technologies
  • Troubleshooting of complex applications and network issues using various real time traffic analysis tools
  • Provide and maintain detailed network documentation
  • Provides technical support for new and existing technologies in collaboration with other technical and management stakeholders
  • Provides continuous evaluation of the company's telephony infrastructure and initiate expansion or remediation projects to support growth and mitigate risks
We are looking for you:
  • Have Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
  • 5 -10 years Information technology field supporting a large enterprise
  • Cisco certifications: at least CCNP level
  • Unity and Contact Center Enterprise edition, IM and Presence, CER, Cisco Enterprise License Manager, architecture, troubleshooting and administration
  • Advanced expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Voice gateways
  • Knowledge and experience of Cisco Call Manager 10.X and above
  • Fundamental understanding of UNIX and Microsoft Server OS
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Skype for Business is a plus
