Swedish Speaking IT Helpdesk Agent

Location:

Budapest

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first line technical support to clients
  • Handling inbound phone calls and e-mails regarding specific applications and software
  • Diagnosis and resolution of client problems
  • Escalate difficult issues to the responsible second or third level
  • Properly logging each case in the computer system
  • Solving the problems effectively and following-up unsolved cases
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • User level computer literacy and desire to learn more about IT
  • At least high school diploma
  • Flexible, open minded and cheerful personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome!
