Technical Incident Manager (JI)

 

Responsibilities:

  • handling critical and high incidents
  • coordinating technical an management calls
  • technical steering of incidents, and supporting MoD Service during a critical/major incidents
  • constructing, updating the Structuring List
  • initiate Change Management if needed
  • preparing Root Cause Analysis for Problem Management

 

Requirements:

  • English and German language skills are fit for negotiation
  • good problem solving skills and excellent communication abilities
  • team player

 

Location: Budapest

Working hours: Mon-Fri, normal business hours

Start: ASAP
