Feladatok
Understand Grundfos Purchasing Shared Service (3 sub-Team) daily activities
Monthly KPI updates in different Systems (SAP, SNOW, TRIO, QP, Sievo, Fiori, Business Warehouse, Power BI, Excel)
Keeping the contact with internal colleagues and vendors
Support implementing new tools
Identify potential AI solutions during daily activities
Any other ad hoc tasks
Elvárások
Fluent English (C1 level)
Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status
Expert MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
VBA, basic programming language skills
Working hours
Availability to work at least 25-30 hours per week
