For our well-known multinational partner who is one of the market leaders within the oil/energy industry, we are currently looking for an

Inside Sales Account Manager to join as the new member of the fuel-card sales team.

Account manager - Inside sales

Tasks

  • Proactive acquisition and management of assigned Fuel Card customers in assigned area/teritory of responsibility via telephone and other sales channels FROM THE OFFICE.
  • Intensive cold call acquisition and lead generation by telephone to sell products/services. 
  • Responsible for the fuel Cards and Vouchers financial/volume business results.
  • Negotiate contracts and conditions with existing and new customers.
  • Create offers, conclude contract and perform all necessary activities in order to activate existing and potential new customers.
  • Manage the customer relationship each sales targets within assigned customer portfolio.
  • Represent a first contact point between the client and the internal departments for assigned clientele.
  • Work actively with CRM System (planning, reporting, supervisors-links, etc.)
  • Regular reporting to the Sales Manager about activities and results.
  • Analysis of card market, competitors and new trends.
  • Implementation of Cards and Vouchers/Giftcard specific projects.

Requirements

  • Economics or other relevant education
  • Having experience in sales or having sales "mentality/attitude" and interest in sales
  • Fluent English
  • Business oriented person with good communication skills
  • Excellent negotiations skills and persuasiveness
  • Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office)
