For our well-known multinational partner who is one of the market leaders within the oil/energy industry, we are currently looking for an
Inside Sales Account Manager to join as the new member of the fuel-card sales team.
Account manager - Inside sales
- Proactive acquisition and management of assigned Fuel Card customers in assigned area/teritory of responsibility via telephone and other sales channels FROM THE OFFICE.
- Intensive cold call acquisition and lead generation by telephone to sell products/services.
- Responsible for the fuel Cards and Vouchers financial/volume business results.
- Negotiate contracts and conditions with existing and new customers.
- Create offers, conclude contract and perform all necessary activities in order to activate existing and potential new customers.
- Manage the customer relationship each sales targets within assigned customer portfolio.
- Represent a first contact point between the client and the internal departments for assigned clientele.
- Work actively with CRM System (planning, reporting, supervisors-links, etc.)
- Regular reporting to the Sales Manager about activities and results.
- Analysis of card market, competitors and new trends.
- Implementation of Cards and Vouchers/Giftcard specific projects.
- Economics or other relevant education
- Having experience in sales or having sales "mentality/attitude" and interest in sales
- Fluent English
- Business oriented person with good communication skills
- Excellent negotiations skills and persuasiveness
- Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office)
