Greensolar Ltd. is an investor and developer company, active on the industrial fields of photovoltaics and having vast experience of renewable energies and related solutions. Our company was established in 2009. With a stable international background we are currently active on the field of developing photovoltaic power plant projects in Europe.

We are looking for a Finance associate to our downtown office working in full-time to join our finance team. We have an outsourced booking and payroll company, so the main tasks would be to handle the in-house issues. It's very important for you to be able to communicate in English (and in Hungarian also) and to have financial work experience in a corporate environment as we have to handle large amounts of bank transfers and deal with complex agreements with strict payment milestones. We are currently looking for someone to help the work of our bridge-accountant, but based on qualifications and skills we are open to offer a higher-level position.

We are a small team in numbers, but we are part of a bigger, multinational group and we have several subsidiaries. Main tasks:

  • Finance administration (incoming invoices, bank etc)
  • Actively assisting in the controlling tasks, checking and making reports in excel 
  • Handling petty cash
  • HR related in-house administration
  • Follow-ups on receivables, receivables management
  • Ad-hoc logistics related tasks
  • Assisting the work of our project team during budgeting, getting bank finance and monitoring the payment milestones

Requirements:

  • Upper secondary education and specialized vocational training in finance
  • Computer literacy, including thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Medium level communication skill in English (and in Hungarian)
  • Organisational skills and competences (time management, document and information management)
  • Financial work experience in corporate/multinational environment for minimum 2 years
  • Proactivity, ability to handle medium levels of stress from time to time
  • Openness to learn new things and to develop
  • The understanding of the position and the responsibilities as it is presented on top of this ad

We would be happy, if

  • You'd have a chartered accountant certificate
  • You'd have experience in logistics
