We are looking for an Aftersales Marketing Manager for our multinational client, who is one of the market leaders within the automotive segment. This role is ideal for those Marketing/Product/Communication Specialists who already have people management experience and would like to grow in their career.
Manage parts, accessories and product marketing task according to local needs
Planning of aftersales communication plan
Providing efficient back-office support for parts&service department related to marketing activities
Develop annual marketing and communication strategy, continuous checking and coordination
Supervising and control marketing budget
Supporting annual parts sales budget planning
Daily contact with local suppliers, agencies; negotiating, coordinate contracts and checking the turnover; managing invoices
Continuous monitoring the results of spare parts and accessory turnovers
Create and coordinate motivating competitions and bonus system
Create and coordinate seasonal and loyalty campaigns
Adapting the necessary central documents, projects, actions
Responsible for online AfterSales contents, updating information
Intranet-keep the relevant parts update
Maintain close contact with other departments like new car marketing for new product launch
Lead and manage a team of two
University/College Degree
Former experience in similar role ideally within the automotive segment
Proficient English language knowledge
People management experience
