Job Description
You will be part of a team supporting an M2M BSS system in a cloud environment. Your primary focus will be in charging and billing, but there will be plenty of opportunities to try yourself in other areas as well. In this role, you will handle incidents and problems in according with fundamental ITIL principles; monitor application KPIs and ensure that SLAs are met. You will also prevent issues proactively that may lead to incidents, acting as the level-headed, no-nonsense expert who understands the perspectives of both the vendor and the customers. Your analysis work will involve managing database tables scaling up to billions of rows and navigating complex business workflows.
