Your Responsibilities

Qualitative Operation Management

• Perform user and authorization management for the IDMP platform.
• Provide application support, handle incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support underlying cloud infrastructure (Databricks, Synapse, AVD, VMSS, Azure Services).
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Participate in release and change management processes.

Quantitative Operation Scope

• Coordinate change and release activities.
• Manage access rights and authorization workflows.
• Perform continuous monitoring, logging, and system control.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments (Terraform).
• Handle event processing and trigger mechanisms.
• Operate and monitor various interfaces (integration & extraction).
• Perform problem, incident, and escalation management.
• Ensure proper platform maintenance, documentation, and support.
• Create operational reports and provide platform status updates.

Your Profile

• Completed technical training or ongoing IT-related studies (e.g., computer science, information systems, engineering).
• Basic understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Familiarity with monitoring, access management, or CI/CD concepts is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a 24×7 operational model (shift-based).
• Proactive mindset, responsibility, and readiness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English (German is an advantage).
