Prepares and distributes daily/weekly/monthly reports to operational teams, management, stakeholders and external parties in line with the specific internal and external (service level) agreements
Keeps track on the completion of reporting activities within the department via internal checklists
Monitors the availability and response time of locally managed applications
Creates new batches and macros upon request with documentation
Manages Master data and configurations of the systems
Informs users on planned maintenance
Ensures proper user management, maintaining correct user group authorizations and assigning users to
the correct user groups
Manages and coordinates account activations, terminations, changes, and expiration of user’s accounts
Monitors correct, complete and timely integration of all interfaces
Requirements
BSc/MSc degree with focus on ICT (Information Communication Technologies or Business Informatics)
2-3 years of experience of application support in a multinational environment
Fluency in English
Strong MS Excel, VBA skills
Hands on experience with BI tools is an advantage
Basic SQL skills
