• Solid understanding of financial and collections processes
• SSC experience is an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in AR (Accounts Receivables, Billing, Credit And Collections)
• Previous experience in a role with people management tasks
• Strong user level MS Office and Excel skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to resolve problems and escalations
• Multitasking skills
• Precision at work, close attention to detail regarding deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP B1 preferred (but not a must)
• Fluent English
• College or university degree
