Working together with the UK-focused Collections team
Monitoring overdue invoices
Supporting the order release process
Dealing with and documenting customer queries
Reporting on relevant financial developments

Strong intermediate level of English is a must
User level knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Working time
Availability to work at least 20-25 hours/week
