Asset Manager


  • Definition of the asset management strategy with COMEX and implement it on the existing (shopping center/retail park) portfolio and on the future development projects (mixed use, office, residential, etc) in accordance with the real estate master plans and wealth plans.
  • Arbitration and asset disposal program
  • Treasury: monitor investments, develop forecasts
  • Taking care of profitability of real estate assets. As such, develop different hypotheses for valuation of real estate assets (increase in rental space, for example), the policy of rent, asset improvement and control of expenses
  • Increasing the value of our assets to create marketable real estate products


  • Manage the half-yearly asset valuation campaign. Evaluate the value of real estate and the risks of depreciation: evolution of real estate markets, compliance with standards, anticipation of future standards
  • Close surveillance of market movements : teasers, brokers tenders, negotiations with the prospective buyers,
  • Manage the preparation of the Data Room as part of the "Ready to Sell" audit of all assets
  • Keeping relationship with the market and potential investors
  • Prepare and present sale and acquisition projects to investment committees
  • Monitoring and analysis of valuation by external experts of the company's assets
  • Support and co-create the strategy, OPEX/CAPEX and revenue plan of each asset proposed by these departments
  • Support and encourage the operations and development department on a daily basis to ensure value creation



  • University/college degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate field, ideally in asset management or investment
  • Native Hungarian with fluent English knowledge, French is a definite advantage
  • Strong knowledge about (real estate) profitability calculations
  • Have a broad general knowledge in the economic, financial, and real estate fields
  • Have analytical skills
  • Capability to efficiently present and explain highly complex business scenarios
  • Knowledge of property valuation methodology and financial simulations is appreciated
  • Proactive and open-minded personality
  • Strong negotiation skills
