Direct all project phases – engineering (basic and detailed), procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning/start-up
Project engineering schedules and forecasts
Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables
Regular project status reports and change orders
Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects
Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects
Requires extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients
Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals
Budget monitoring and trend tracking
Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management Project issues
Review and approve project Client invoices
Ensure effective engineering and Client communications

Requirements
Budget and controlling: CAPEX area
Computer literate: MS Office,Google tools, Smartsheet, Quickbase ,JDE Autocad, BMS-EMS systems
Knowledge of manufacturing technology: knowledge and understanding of all the process steps, tools and materials, impact of the parameters on the expected outputs
Capacity and lead time calculation: knowledge of the sequence, average lead time and batch size of the main production/QC steps
Machine operations: deep understanding of the working principle and functions, ability to prepare machine specific cleaning and operational SOPs, define the preventive maintenance program
Statistical analysis: calculation: SD, CV, r understanding and interpretation: data types, scales, variables, distribution, histogram, p, CI, control charts, Cp, Cpk,
