We are looking for a BIM Engineer for our Asian partner company for a green-field investment in Debrecen.
Responsible for the coordination and management of BIM projects, the time and quality of BIM models, and review the 3D models of consultants and contractors.
Establish project BIM model technical standards and rules. And promote the implementation and landing.
According to the project requirements, cooperate with the third party to complete the building, structure, electromechanical and other BIM models, and be responsible for the quality, progress, coordination, and other work of BIM modeling.
Serve the construction site according to the project requirements and use BIM to assist the construction.
Be responsible for the management and update of BIM project documents, and regularly organize team members to hold coordination meetings.
Complete other tasks assigned by the project management.
Bachelor degree or above, major in construction engineering or other related field.
At least 3 years of BIM modeling or BIM model management experiencein construction projects.
Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Familiar with BIM software such as Revit and Naviswork, with good knowledge and experience.
