Bulgarian-speaking Customer Support Specialist

Feladatok

  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries within given timescales
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s products and services
  • Accurately document and manage customer interactions
  • Handle administrative tasks related to customer support
  • Identify when a query needs escalation to a senior team member

Követelmények

  • Native or proficient level in Bulgarian (C1/C2)
  • Fluent English (B2+) for daily communication
  • Good communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit
  • Willingness to relocate to Budapest if not already local
