Business Analyst for HR area (Business Operation Manager)

Tasks:

  • Preparing and analysing several HR data (qualification needs, utilization figures), creating reports and creative insights for Portfolio Units, Communities, Human Resources, the T-Systems Management and Top Management
  • Understanding of T-Systems business, developing reports according to requirements providing explanation, interpretation of the results
  • Translating and visualizing figures to support better understanding of business trends, and preparing decision papers based on data trends
  • Ensuring regular provision with a high grade of automation within Excel, taking part in the launch of data visualization tool
  • Capturing new business requirements and develop proper reports/Key Performance Indicators for analysis
  • Participating in several conference calls, workshops, international projects

If you have…

  • Several years’ experience in Business Analysis or HR Analytics, strong affinity for numbers
  • High affinity for international reporting tasks and key performance indicators
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel (REFERENCE, INDEX, SUMPRODUCT, Pivot Table and Pivot Table Graphs, Conditional Formatting, Visual Basic for Applications is not needed)
  • Good knowledge of all other MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word etc.)
  • Ability to visualize data customer oriented way as basis for PowerPoint presentations
  • Experience in using Python, Power BI or other data visualization Tools is an advantage
  • Acting according to governance (data privacy, workers council agreements etc.)
  • Business fluent English, German is an advantage
